Damage and Failure Operation of System causing Data to be Damaged and should be Recovered Immediately

Data is everything that has been recorded. Everything can be in the form of documents, water, people, rocks, trees and so forth. Everything is actually a fact and that fact is always there. Fact also always exist without depending on our naming of it. All facts can be data if we record them (whether written, recorded or other forms of immortality). Therefore, the fact is the raw material in a scientific research. But the fact alone has no meaning whatsoever if it is not recorded, managed and analyzed well. If the data has been processed and interpreted, then this data will turn into an information.

Data damage often occurs without us knowing it, triggering the loss of data and can not be recovered. There are some things that can cause data damage. Some causes of damage or failure of operation are:

  1. The power outage is interrupted, which may result in loss of information present in main memory and registers.
  2. Operator Error, where the operator/man made a mistake of unintentional operation.
  3. Software Error, which may result in incorrect (end / inter) results, misinformed user information, and inconsistent database.
  4. The disk is damaged, which may result in loss of information or corruption of existing databases in the disk.
